I think I have figured out how the god concept will be wiped off the map.  Sure, we must continue putting forth strong, cogent arguments, but in the final analysis I think it will be humour that does in the almighty.  The most effective way to change minds is not with arguments as such, but with arguments delivered properly.  This leads me to my pet theory on how we can finally snuff out the stupidity; humour.  I think we will eventually laugh the idea of a god right off the planet.

On that point I would like to direct you to some good people doing just that at Landover Baptist (A spoof site made by atheists)  it is great, and one of my favourites.  Enjoy it... and while we are on the topic, here's a great joke.....

A young couple were on their way to their wedding when they were tragically killed in a car accident.  At the pearly gates they told St. Peter their situation and asked if they could be married in heaven. 

Peter said "I don't know... let me check". 

Four weeks later he came back and said "Yes, you can be married." 

The couple said "You have been gone quite a while and we got thinking.  What if it does not work out and we need to get a divorce... can we get a divorce in heaven? 

Peter said "Aw, come on!  It took me four weeks to find a member of the clergy... how long do you think it will take me to find a lawyer?"
